Rental Agreement - Alpine Lodging

o Security Deposit Amount – $275
o Cleaning Fee – $175
o Tax Rate – 15%
o Payment Schedule: 50% at Time of Booking with remainder due 45 days before check-in.
o Payment Methods Accepted: All major credit cards accepted.
o Cancellation Policy: During COVID we totally understand restrictions are changing almost daily. We only want you to stay with us if you feel comfortable traveling and abiding by the current rules. In which case we will refund 100% right up until the day before your stay should you have to cancel due to COVID.

o Smoking Policy: No Smoking
o Pet Policy: Pets on request in selected units only.
o Children allowed

Min Age 21 to book.

Quiet Time is to be observed between 11pm and 7am for the consideration of everyone in surrounding units. No Parties.

o Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each unit is detailed at the time of booking and must not be exceeded for insurance purposes.

o Minimum Stays: Two nights unless otherwise stated. Post-Stay Information

o Housekeeping Procedure: An email will be sent the day before check-out to give direction in helping our housekeeping staff turn the unit around so it can be sparkling clean again for our next awesome guests. Thank you.

o Checkout Policy: Check-Out is by 11am unless arranged and agreed to prior to arrival.
