Cross country ski our amazing Nordic Trails and bike them in summer. Take a day to hike the beautiful Lois Creek or Kimberley Nature Park Trails anytime of year. These are truly spectacular hikes!

The spacious living room, dining, and kitchen are open on the main floor and are the perfect place to cuddle up in front of the fire to reminisce about the day.

HOT TUB: Private outdoor hot tub located on the upper deck.
LIVING ROOM: The living area is off the kitchen/dining area. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating.
BEDROOMS:
Top floor – Queen primary bedroom with a double pull-out couch. Incredible views overlooking the mountains. Full bathroom, and desk space for work.

Main Floor: Twin bedroom with two twin beds.

Notes
Eleven @ Sullivan Stone is a beautiful 3 Bedroom plus TV Room condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drink and friends.
The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you’ll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It really is one of the the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!

Other things to note:
– This is a townhouse complex on three floors with stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
– No pets allowed.
– No smoking or parties.
– Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am
– Vehicles equipped with an auxiliary industrial fuel tank are prohibited from parking on the pavement in the Sullivan Stone complex. These vehicles can park at at the far end of the complex in the gravelled spots, or outside the complex.
