Sullivan Stone 3 is located on the “Main” ski run of Kimberley Alpine Resort with direct access to the ski/snowboard slopes. A short walk/ride away are the endless cross-country Nordic Ski Trails, which can be hiked or bikes in the summer months.

Sullivan Stone #3 is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 1930 sq. foot vacation home rental that comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 6 beds.

Whether you are enjoying the valley views and the sunrise, from the front deck with your favourite beverage, enjoying the mountain slope views from either one of the two rear decks or simply relaxing whilst soaking your tired muscles, from a day of adventure, in your private hot tub!

Sullivan Stone 3 has been well-appointed with custom alder kitchen cabinets, a double stainless steel sink, maple hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, a slate-clad gas fireplace, alder wood accents, in-floor heat throughout the tile floors, a large Amish built farmhouse style heritage table for your large family or group gatherings to enjoy, air conditioning and a private hot tub on one of the two rear decks. These are just a few of the delightful amenities that you will appreciate during your stay at this beautiful vacation rental.

It is completely equipped with all the amenities of home, and then some, that you will appreciate including our exclusive plush Egyptian cotton towels, our high thread-count cotton sheets, additional cozy throws for wrapping yourself up on the two large sofas, in front of the natural gas fire, while you enjoy that movie on our Samsung LCD, HDTV and Panasonic 5 disc theatre sound system. Enjoy salt, pepper, tin foil, stretch wrap, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, household cleaners, paper products including plush toilet paper, facial tissue, a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, cups and utensils, bake and serve ware, stainless steel cookware, knives and serving tools, waffle iron, coffee brewer, griddle, popcorn popper, hand mixer, coffee grinder and a tea kettle, all so you can relax and be pampered while enjoying the beauty of nature literally outside your back or front door.

Sullivan Stone is a 5-minute drive to Kimberley’s Platzl where you will find a selection of boutique shops and stores, the local professional climbing wall facility, sporting repair shops and a selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. It is completely pedestrianized so a great place to just hang out!

It is also only a 2-minute drive to the village at Kimberley Alpine Resort, should you not want to ski or board to the village from your condo, where you will find some restaurants, pubs and a boutique sport shop along with a coffee and deli café. If you are not a skier or snowboarder, you can also enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, fat biking hiking, golfing or just going for a walk on the many trails right out the door.

It is a short distance (walking distance) from the Kimberley Nordic Trails where you will find kilometres and kilometres of maintained cross-country ski and snow shoe trails which lead into the vast 1,800-acre Kimberley Nature Park. Once in the Kimberley Nature Park, you will enjoy endless biking, hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails. You are also only a short bike ride to the Northstar Rails to Trails which is a maintained and paved trail created on the old Kimberley Rail Line. The Rails to Trails links the community of Kimberley with Cranbrook via a 25km stretch of trail that winds along some of the most beautiful mountainsides and through some of the most breathtaking river and creek valleys in British Columbia’s Kootenay Canadian Rockies region.

A further drive out but within 45 minutes, you’ll find yourself enjoying the forest wilds, views and waters at St. Mary’s Lake, Wasa Lake, Premier Lake, Lazy Lake or Moyie Lake, to name just a few.

Cross-country ski our amazing Nordic Trails and bike them in summer. Take a day to hike the beautiful Lois Creek or Kimberley Nature Park Trails any time of year. These are truly spectacular hikes!

The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen are open on the main floor and are the perfect place to cuddle up before the fire to reminisce about the day.

KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast. We have provided utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a blender, a crockpot, a dishwasher, and much more.

HOT TUB: Private outdoor hot tub located on the upper deck.

LIVING ROOM: The living area is off the kitchen/dining area. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating.

BEDROOMS:
Top floor – Queen primary bedroom with a Queen custom log bed and an additional double bed with privacy screen. Great family room. Incredible views overlooking the mountains. Full ensuite bathroom.
