Things to do in Kimberley This August!

The summer fun doesn't stop in Kimberley just because JulyFest is over. August has exciting events and activities that are perfect for enjoying the warm weather and beautiful scenery. Here are some highlights we recommend checking out during your stay:

1. Kimberley Arts Council Summer Theatre (Ongoing through August)

  • Immerse yourself in the magic of live theatre at the Kimberley Arts Council's Summer Theatre.  This year, they're presenting a captivating lineup of plays and musicals under the stars. Need more things to do, read on...

  • Flix@64 - Treat yourself and your family or "special one" to an "old-style" movie night. Our movie theatre has been upgraded but is still small, personal and not expensive unlike the modern Cineplex. August has some classics, Tuesdays @ 7 pm. Check them out here: https://www.centre64.com/films

2. Farmers' Market (Every Thursday Evening)

  • Stroll through the Platzl, our charming downtown area, and experience the vibrant energy of the Kimberley Farmers' Market on Howard Street.  Stock up on fresh, local produce, artisanal goods, and unique souvenirs. The market runs every Thursday evening from 5 pm to 7.30 pm. https://www.facebook.com/kimberleyfarmersmarket/
