We want you to arrive and feel at home in your beautiful mountain accommodation. We are creating spaces to relax, kick-back and enjoy the mountains. We have smart-lock or lock-box entry to all of our condos so there is no need for a personal meeting for access. Our Mountain Homes have been left empty for a day between guests in addition to extra sanitization by our amazing housekeeping staff. We are doing everything we can to keep you safe and ready just to relax and enjoy the mountains.
We have purposely kept our inventory to an exclusive collection of the best homes on the Kimberley Alpine Resort. Many of our properties are true Ski-In/Ski-Out homes that the owners and ourselves have put a lot of thought & time into. They are all very cozy, with everything you may need for a family or small group vacation. Most even have their own private hot tub on deck! There is so much to do in and around our beautiful town it makes no difference which season you visit, you are sure to have a great stay!
Kimberley is a great place to play in the winter. We enjoy over 300 sunny days annually, our snow is light and fluffy...POW..and everyone welcomes our visitors with a smile. We live here because we love our town and invite you to experience what we love!
Yes we have lots of great Golf Courses to choose from but we also have some fantastic Fly Fishing, Biking, Hiking, Climbing...and the list goes on and on. We are truly blessed with the playground we call our back yard. Come check it out. If you're not sure what to do or where to go just ask. We're happy to share local secrets!
We don't have hundreds of rental homes so will look after you like family. We always leave you a welcome gift and we're available during your stay. If you need "local's information" just give us a shout!
We have selected some of the best vacation rental homes at Kimberley Alpine Resort. Choose from two, three & four-bedroom homes. We have many in the same complexes for groups or family & friends that wish to rent all together. We have you covered!
Book Direct:
o Cleaning Fee – $200
o Tax Rate – 15%
o Payment Schedule: 50% at Time of Booking with remainder due 45 days before check-in.
o Payment Methods Accepted: All major credit cards accepted.
o Cancellation Policy: Flexible. Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% refund, minus 4% credit card processing fee. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. For cancellations due to COVID or COVID travel restrictions, we offer 100% refund up until the day before your arrival, minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

o Pet Policy: Pets on request in selected units only.

Min Age 21 to book.
Quiet Time is to be observed between 10pm and 7am for the consideration of everyone in surrounding units. No Parties.
o Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each unit is detailed at the time of booking and must not be exceeded for insurance purposes.
o Minimum Stays: Two nights unless otherwise stated.
o Housekeeping Procedure: An email will be sent the day before check-out to give direction in helping our housekeeping staff turn the unit around so it can be sparkling clean again for our next awesome guests. Thank you.
o Checkout Policy: Check-Out is by 11am unless arranged and agreed to 5 days prior to arrival.
